THE ECNL was founded in 2009 with a mission to Raise the Game and change the youth soccer landscape through innovative, player-centered programs that raise standards of quality and experience in all aspects of the game.

With a vision to be better with independent governance and leadership structures. The ECNL Board of Directors and staff govern all programs and platforms.

The ECNL is sanctioned by US Club Soccer.
